Catalyst Soccer, the premier player development program on the Central Coast, and Monterey County Futbol Club (MCFC), the premier
competitive soccer club in Monterey County, have announced a partnership that will bring the two highest levels of soccer in Monterey
County together. Catalyst will become the official developmental program for MCFC players, and Catalyst will help identify, develop and
promote players into MCFC.

Week 2: July 14 - 18 All Saints Day School, in Carmel Valley
Week 3: July 28 - Aug. 1 York School, Monterey (off HWY 68)
Week 4: August 11-15 Carmel Middle School

MCFC and Khalid Al-Rasheed will be hosting a special summer soccer camp program for girls from ages 11 to 18 this summer during the
month of July. Khalid is the coach of the MCFC Panther U18 team and has helped train several of our MCFC teams over the years.

Camp Information
Who:
Girls who are serious about improving their soccer skills - ages 11 to 18 - with excellent college coaches and players
When:
Session 1, July 7-10
Session 2, July 14-17
Session 3, July 21-24
Times:
Monday through Thursday, 5:00-7:30pm
Where:
Santa Catalina School
Cost:
$150 per week

- Special training day with Paul Ratcliffe, Stanford Women’s Head Coach
Guest Coaches and Trainers
Each day there will be a guest college coach and several current and recent collegiate players assisting. This is
truly a unique opportunity to meet, train and be seen by a D1 college coach in an intimate setting. One day each
week, the coach will host a college Q&A session beginning at 7:30. The coaches are:
- Alex Crozier — Cal Poly Woman’s Head Coach
- PJ Woolridge — Cal Poly Woman’s Asst. Coach
- Mike Runeare — UCSC Woman’s Head Coach
- Owen Flannery — Foothill Woman’s Head Coach (National A License )

Special Session with Stanford Woman’s Head Coach Paul Ratcliffe
On Monday July 28th a one day additional training event will be held featuring the Stanford Woman’s Soccer
Head Coach Paul Ratcliffe. Paul will run two training sessions plus a Q&A.
July 28 Training sessions:
Ages 11-14: 12:30-2:30p
Ages 15-18: 4:30-6:30p
Q&A:
All ages: 6:30-7:30p
This very special one-of-a-kind opportunity is only available to attendees of the program and is limited to
the first 40 respondents (20 per age group).


SANTA CATALINA AFTERNOON CAMPS - All Level of Female Players
Santa Catalina is offering its Summer Soccer Clinics series for girls ages 8-14 for three weeks during July from 1:30-4:30pm each day.
The camps will be taught by Rod Gilchrist, who is the Santa Catalina Varsity Coach and the Director of Coaching and Player
Development for MCFC. The camps are geared at developing skills for young girls to be competitive in club, middle school and high
school programs.
