PRICE for the Region 8 U9-U10 League is $100 per team

This league provides divisions for teams to compete in their region or at a State Premier level. Coaches and managers - please note your preference in the
team history portion of the application. NorCal Premier Fall League may require some travel across regions depending on the number of teams registered in
their region.

CYSA Fall, 2010 Competitive Teams Registration Steps
US Club Soccer/NorCal Premier Fall League U9-10
Steps for Registration:
1. Team Registration (www.gotsoccer.com)
The email below contains instructions to managers at the top, and an email to forward to your players' families below that.
Deadline: June 30.
Coaches & Managers- please forward to all families on your team after you make the following team-specific adjustments:
A) Include your team number 02-21-00-2XXX (see the attached file if you don't know the last three digits of your team number) in step 2 below.
B) Two teams need to modify step 1 in the instructions below: Wally Gallaway's U10B and Panthers U18G (and Atletico if they play) are class 1..
and Firebirds. All others are class 3.
C) Managers may want/need to change the date by which parents turn in the forms to you. The email below say Sat June 26. Your complete
team packet is due to Amy Fink (8 Lagunita, Salinas, CA 93906) no later than June 30. (two copies of 1601; picture with player name and team
written on back and paperclipped to form; photo must be 1.5" x 1"; birth certificate for new-to-CYSA players; form 1627 if player born out of US.
For managers and coaches: form 1628 (attached) for coaches and managers, with photo; copy of any new coaching license;
D) for players without email or computer or credit card- a suggestion to managers-- create for them a league one account with a totally fictitious
email address, and I kept a spreadsheet of their log-ins so you can use them again. It works fine.
Info to forward after you make the changes noted above:
Player registration (must be completed online) is open as of today. https://active.leagueone.com/Olr/Pages/Welcome.aspx?ClubId=8716
A credit card is required; the fee is $39.00. If you don't have a card, you can go to a pharmacy and get a pay-as-you-go credit card and put
$39.00 on it.
The online registration will be open until July 7, but team managers need to collect the forms (duplicate, signed in blue ink) by Sat June 26th
1. When you register online, you'll need to specify class 3
2. Our team number is __
3. At the last step, after you pay with credit card, you'll get a receipt. Scroll down and there is a link to open and print two copies of the
completed registration form. .
4. DO NOT SEND THE FORM DIRECTLY TO AMY FINK-- bring them to the team manager!!! Managers also need digital photos of each player.
