Monterey County Futbol Club is afforded insurance through the traveling leagues with which it is associated.
Currently, MCFC plays in both the California Youth Soccer Association League and US Club Soccer.

If a claim needs to be filed with CYSA, the following form must be completed and submitted within 90 days of the accident to CYSA
US Club Soccer Information

Insurance certificates for US Club Soccer have not been requested for the Fall, 2009 season, as all MCFC teams are playing CYSA this fall. If you
need an insurance certificate for US Club Soccer teams, please let Eric Johnsen know right away.
