Permits
Coaches are required to carry permits for playing at certain locations. Please print out and keep the following permits with you if playing at these
locations during Spring, 2008:

Insurance
Monterey County Futbol Club is afforded insurance through the traveling leagues with which it is associated.
Currently, MCFC plays in both the California Youth Soccer Association League and US Club Soccer.
CYSA Insurance Information

If a claim needs to be filed with CYSA, the following form must be completed and submitted within 90 days of the accident to CYSA
